Global Me started in 2004 in the heart of the neighborhood of Jardins in São Paulo with a clear mission to create a safe, welcoming, and captivating learning environment for young children. Our dream was to create a world of experiences and opportunities for children in their first years of life and help them realize their potential to change the environment around them. We have always believed that, when given this foundation, children are able to understand that there is a whole world to be discovered within themselves.
We quickly became a reference in early bilingual education and, in the last 2 decades, we have built an incredible team of experienced professionals who know that teaching is an act of love.
Since 2019, our founder, Renata Sa Freire, had been dreaming of expanding the academic project of Global Me, thus securing a more joyous, promising, and welcoming childhood to a greater number of children. Her dream came true in January of 2023: we now offer education to children up to 10 years old, which was only possible due to the opening of our second location in the neighborhood of Itaim. In its first year of operation, we opened the first courses for children aged 6 and 7. The new courses were diligently designed and include academic projects that ensure the same level of excellence and same identity as those we have for younger children.
After the resounding success of this new era for our school, in 2024 Global Me started offering education to children 6 to 10 years old, which, in Brazil are named grades 1 through 5. We have expanded our physical spaces, including our cafeteria, classrooms, and modern auditorium.
