One of the most important elements included in this pillar is the quality of the food we offer to our students. We have our own kitchen staff in both our locations, and they are responsible for preparing healthy and flavorful dishes made with natural ingredients. Every month, menus are designed based on advice given by our nutritionist who chooses the daily meals and snacks served at the school, always mindful of every student\u2019s requirements and restrictions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BASIC RULES OF THE GLOBAL ME KITCHEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ztl-list\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\">no white sugar<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">no cold-cuts containing dye<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">no ultra processed foods<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">fresh fruits and vegetables purchased daily<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">carefully selected vendors<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">in-house production of breads, cookies, tapioca flour chips (polvilho), and cereal bars<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">100% natural fruit juices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1709048876840\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Our concern with the quality of our food is one of Global Me\u2019s values. At lunch and snack time, the team at the Global Me Kitchen prepares nutritious meals, specially crafted so the children can develop a heathy palate.
